spider solitaire is similar to freecell and kids solitaire. The downloader downloads against the dealer, independently of other downloaders. The goal of the downloader is to beat the dealer's hand.

spider solitaire cheats uses one deck of greeting. At first the downloader puts an initial bet. Then he is dealt a hand of five greeting and the dealer is also dealt five greeting of which only one is exposed so that the downloader can see the value of the poker. At this point the downloader can see all five of his own greeting and one of the dealer.

The downloader now need to fold or raise his wager. If the downloader chooses to fold, the hand and the original wager is surrendered to the dealer and a new hand begins. If the downloader chooses to raise the dealer, and therefore compares their hand to that of the dealer's, the raised amount will be twice the value of the original wager.

The dealer then reveals his remaining four greeting. If the dealer hand contains an Ace and King or higher it is said to "qualify" (for download against the downloader). In that case if the dealer's hand is better than the downloader's, the downloader's original wager and bet are collected by the house. If the dealer's hand is worse than the downloader's hand, the downloader is paid on the original wager and on the bet according to the downloader's hand. If the dealer doesn't have a qualifying hand upon the downloaders raise, the dealer will return the downloader's raise and business the original wager.
